Excellent flavor! The kids and hubbs all liked it. It was much more flavorful (but not overpowering) and fresh tasting than take-out. Everyone gave this a big thumbs up.

99% of the time I walk into the kitchen hungry, usually followed by the roommate. I got the cooking creativity from my father, the skill from my mother, and combined, I come up with some odd recipes with whatever we HAPPEN to have in the kitchen. This was a winner.

This healthy, hearty salad is packed full of fruit AND vegetables.
I was trying to make chili with what I had in the fridge and this is what I came up with and it actually turned out really well (my boyfriend loved it!).
