I went to the grocery store that night and bought all of the ingredients you see listed for less than $20.00, and the recipe actually yields more than 6 servings. This lasagna is made with lactose free mozzerella soy cheese and it is delicious! To lower the sodium use your own homemade pasta sauce, anything store bought in cans or jars has ridiculous amounts of sodium in it.
