Baked potatoes stuffed with seasoned cottage cheese are a lavish low-fat, low-cholesterol, low-sodium treat.
This is one of my all time favorite tofu recipes. I've done a fair bit of tweaking to it and think that I may finally have what I am after. Great source of protein. Don't be scared by the big pile of spinach - it cooks down and ends up being a pretty small portion of the meal.Submitted by CD2101949
Inspired by the numerous awesome pumpkin recipes on here. I saw similar recipes for pumpkin muffins but not for bars, which was what I wanted.
Delicious with a dollop of whipped cream. Stays a little softer on the inside thanks to all the pumpkin. :)
Feel free to substitute splenda for the real sugar, egg beaters for the eggs, etc. I used what I had.
Also: I prefer a nice amount of spice in my bars, but reduce the cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice if you don't!Submitted by CD3944128
This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers. Submitted by HOCKIMAMA
