Wheat free bread machine recipe - I really like this bread, it feels moister than the shop bought variety. It is best stored covered in a cool dark place or it can be pre-sliced and stored in a plastic freezer bag in the freezer for up to 2 months.

My mum's recipe with sweetener instead of sugar. My favourite cucumber salad which we often had with roast chicken when I was a child.
