I love this recipe because it is 3 easy ingredients heated together and you're eating in 15 minutes max. If you are like me, you try to cook on the weekend and have stuff you can throw together when you get there. If you have the time, you can cook the rice, it just adds time.Submitted by DEBORASAYS
This is a bright salad with a bold dressing made from lemon juice, cumin and turmeric. Crisp apples and crunchy almonds provide textural contrast. It is a different salad that is oh so healthy.

Alright, this is a recipe that I got from a Tofu cook book which my mother-in-law gave me. It is really good, I just got done making it! The only thing I did different from the recipe is leave the patties in the oven longer than what was called for. That and grind on some pepper with the gravy, yum!Submitted by TIIRSYS
These muffins wonderful in the morning. I cut the sugar down by half, so if you like your muffins really sweet you may want to add a little more sugar. They go great with coffee!!Submitted by MOMOF_3JS
Reminiscent of traditional Meat Loaf but without all the meat, dairy, eggs, or badness. This version is low on calories and fat, reasonable in sodium and carbs, and high in delicious.
