Beat the egg in a bowl. Add the crackers, then salmon. Mix together very well, crushing the bones. Make into 2 inch balls, then smash super thin, but not so thin that they fall apart. Chill in desired to help them set up and hold together better while cooking. They need to be crispy once cooked, not mushy in the middles.
