These spicy and moist boneless pork chops are made with no added fat, egg whites, evaporated skim milk, and a lively herb mixture.
This creamy dessert is low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium.
These come out very moist. I found this on the back of a grocery store ad and made a few changes. The original called for 2 tsp of Thyme, 1/4 c of Parmesan, & 2 c of cornflakes. I measured after I dipped and found I had a good 1/2 c of mixture left so I cut the recipe back accordingly.
* For those of you that are salt restricted- You might want to leave out the salt as there's probably enough in the Parmesan cheese. I just sprinkled a little salt over the bowl.

Moist, delicious and flavorful turkey burger! The addition of the mayonnaise adds a little needed fat to keep it moist, and you can't taste it at all. Great to freeze and have on hand for a quick meal! Submitted by SRATERMAN
A crustless quiche - VERY good. I didn't add the walnuts (didn't have any handy). I added a little salsa on the side...even better! Oh, and for those who don't like blue cheese...you don't even taste it in the recipe.Submitted by AKAALLICE
