Fast and easy! These meatballs are made from 99 percent fat-free ground turkey breast. They can be added to a pasta dish, made into a sandwich or eaten alone.

This recipe originally called for 8 squares of semi-sweet chocolate but to reduce the cocoa butter and the calories, I replaced it with 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1/4 cup light margarine.Submitted by TRILLIUM1204
