I found this recipe in an old book, but substituted lighter ingredients to reduce the calories. Plus, I didn't have enough of the dried fruit and nuts, so if you want to just use the fruit and nuts you like, that would be just fine! (1 cup fruit, 1 cup nuts)Submitted by LIBBYIMLISTENEN
This homemade alternative to store-bought granola bars, is a good source of protein, fiber and healthy fats. Tasty and so simple to make! A quarter cup of raisins (not included here) also make a yummy addition!Submitted by COACH_NICOLE
