This is a great recipe that can be experimented with. I thought it was good as is. You can Try adding thyme, marjoram, a bayleafor two, ect. Or, for the best and easiest, substitue a good, proven barbecue rub for beef, like Heiffer Dust, which won "Best Rub" at the American Royal a year or two back and is available commercially.Submitted by MDKIMIST

Cheap and EASY to make for lunch or dinner! Serve with Fat-Free or low-fat Pringles, some cucumber slices or carrots and you have a complete meal! I used thin sliced roasted-garlic Artisian bread, but this recipe calls for doing one large sandwich on French bread loaf and then slicing into individual portions. Submitted by MDSHEPARD
