This recipe works well in Colorado Springs at 6,600 feet. In order to enter into the system I had to convert the flour and Splenda to weird measurements due to the way it had to be entered and the need for the nutrition panel to be correct. For the flour, 1.7 cups is 1.5 cups plus three tablespoons. The 24 teaspoons of Splenda Baking Blend equals half a cup.
