Low-fat cottage cheese is the secret to the dressing in this delicious and simple summer side.
This is seriously the world's best spinach and artichoke dip! It's creamy and fairly low fat. I use low fat cream cheese, but you could use fat free. This slimmed down version of your favorite dip is easy to make--and it's light enough for you to load up on it! This can also become a decadent pasta sauce. (As a sauce, it makes 10 servings. You might need to thin it a bit with cooking water from the pasta.)
Spruce up any salad with this creamy dressing! It's spicy but not at all hot! Drizzle over salads, grilled chicken or fish. Use in place of sour cream on tacos or use as base for a pasta salad. Submitted by STEPFANIER
Taste like fries but they are much more healthier!
This is a delicious alternative to lasagna, and a more "user-friendly" version of spaghetti with sauce. Baking the sauce into the pasta makes it slightly less messy for kids, and there's no long skinny noodles to gag on if they aren't cut properly. The mozzarella cheese adds calcium, and using multigrain pasta with omega 3's makes this dish oh-so-healthy!

UPDATED: Added the ramen and the almonds. Still a low-fat winner. Note that you don't use the ramen seasoning packet, so the sodium count is incorrect. Thanks for all the awesome reviews!
I'm sure no one in China actually eats anything like this, but we thank them for their culinary contribution of the soy-sesame-ginger-chile combo, which makes anything delicious. Submitted by FORMFITATX
