Cookbook creator says: I made this without the cream cheese (didn't have any). I used half whole wheat flour, substituted 9 tbsp flax meal for 3 tbsp of the butter, and cut the white sugar to 1/2 cup. This came out really moist and delicious!Submitted by ANDREWMOM
Cookbook creator says: I substituted splenda brown sugar and granulated splenda, as well as 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and a 1/2 cup white flour - this cookie is great! With these substitutions calories came down to 60 and carbs to 8!Submitted by TERRIANGEL

I lined with the aluminum type of liners...instead of graham crackers put one low fat nilla wafer in the bottom of each liner...topped with the cheesycake mixture Use cottage cheese in place of cream cheese.Submitted by HOCKIMAMA
