I have this several times a week! It's a great way to get in some fruits first thing, as I often forget later in the day. It satiates you for the morning. I actually use regular special k cereal, but I couldn't find it listed. Also, as soon as I see bananas that are starting to darken, I cut them in half and put them in the freezer. If you use a cookie sheet/pan then they don't get stuck together. I use frozen banana's as it makes the smoothie colder and frothier. Enjoy!Submitted by LAURIEBELL5
