A lot of the sodium in this recipe comes from the jarred peppers, so I usually soak them before hand, replacing the water a couple of times.

My trainer gave me this recipe to eat for my mid-morning meal while I was training for a fitness competition. You can also add shredded cheese and microwave to make a great party dip for tortilla chips!Submitted by AK_HONEY
My husband found this recipie in his Men's Health Magazine Training Guide 2010. It is a very satisfying sandwich and is low in fat. To lower calories you can leave off the egg.Submitted by KCPLUS3
