I am trying a veggie diet that does not include the solencae or deadly nightshade family (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and aubergines) which is said to cause inflammation to the joints. I also try to include as much omega 3 and other healthy fats as I can, such as salmon, avocado, nuts and seeds.

These bean and veg burgers can be made in bulk, and stored between wax discs in freezer for up to 3 months. Just add an extra couple of minutes cooking time when cooking from frozen.Submitted by ELANORC
