Cookbook creator says: Neither the vinegar or oil is necessary in this recipe. Just substitute a little more lime juice. This is great served with chips, as a dip, or to finish off a grilled fish. Cookbook creator says: reduced some of the ingredients to an amount where there would be little waste. For 8 full cheese sticks(16 halves); I used 1tsp flour, 1Tbsp egg beaters, 1/4 c.
