This is a great breakfast after a good workout. It's filling and tastes great. You can add other fruit if you so desire, just remember to factor them into your nutrition tracking. You can also add a pkt of stevia sweetener to add a little sweetness!

I use this cake to make all kinds of filled cakes for birthdays and such. My oldest grand daughter loves my Chocolate Covered Cherry Cake. I fill between layers with Wilderness Lite Cherry Pie Filling and frost it with my Chocolate Velvet frosting.Submitted by SODAPOP1956
