Fine dining without the health or financial guilt. I put this together to satisfy the steakhouse craving, delivering all the flavor without the excessive fat. I know everything is in grams, they are easiest to work with in the kitchen if you have a scale, and make baking far more consistent.Submitted by RAINMANJA
Pizza lover like me.... Man I can still enjoy the great taste without all the CRAZY cal's. Plus you get more bang for you cal going this route.
Each serving is a 6 ounce slice of eggplant, plenty of food.Submitted by AFLBANDWAGON
This is my own creation. Sweet, mild, healthy, non-fishy tilapia is complimented by lemon, capers, butter, broth, and white wine in this satisfying and deceptively easy meal. I like my piccata lemony with touches of onion, garlic, and capers to round out the taste. This is a basic recipe for 1 lb. of filets. Please reduce this recipe accordingly if you use fewer filets, unless you want the leftunders as lunch or another dinner, like I do, if all is not eaten during the first go-‘round. I am a strong believer in flexibility, so experiment and substitute most any flaky white fish, pounded-flat veal or chicken cutlets, according to your creativity, pantry contents, budget, ingredient-availability, and personal tastes. I would greatly appreciate your feedback on this recipe, including any suggestions, comments, and input. Thank you for reading and trying this recipe! My family loves the classic comfort foods, but with having to watch sodium, carbs, fats and sugars, we are finding healthy ways to remake the classics. Recipe is actually very easy, though I am very detailed in the description.Submitted by HLTHYLIVNCCJ

Just another variation of my quiche, added some spinach and the hot sausage for a different kind of flavor, the hot sausage only adds a zing to it, it isn't a spicy dish.Submitted by LISAMARIE921
Yes, I did just use the terms high protein, low carb, low fat, CHOCOLATE, and brownie in a recipe title... this isn't a lie folks, it's a tried and true concoction that is sure to knock your socks off! I bet you thought you'd never hear healthy and heavenly words combined in the same sentence, let alone, recipe! But here we have it... a brownie that is so good for you, and unbelievelably good to eat!
AND... it's a single serve recipe (so no temptations... even the best of foods should be eaten in moderation), takes but a minute to prepare, and an even shorter amount of time to make (plus it's microwavable!).
So enjoy this miraculouse, devine, and oh so delicous treat! I know that I have. Happy healthy eating!Submitted by JULZDANCERUNS
