things i like to make and eat because i do not like prepakged foods to many cemicals in them and when one of these sayes butter i do use low fat ingreadents same for the sugars i use splenda so use what ever u want i also use low fat ingreadients when ever possiable so use what ever u want

I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.
These lamb kabobs are marinated in very little oil or salt, but the flavor is lively when orange juice, lemon juice, rosemary, and garlic are added.
So very moist and NO ADDED eggs or oil!
