Recipe from Clean Eating magazine
This is from Clean Eating Magazine. I did not invent this but citing the publication from which it came, Clean Eating Fall 2008, p.76. I absolutely love it. It's great for anyone who is following the Clean Eating lifestyle. Submitted by MADBOXER
Adapted from Oxygen Magazine. Also, I buy precooked, chopped spinach that is frozen in small 20 gram cubes in d stored in a resealable bag. It's really convenient when you don't need a whole package of frozen spinach.Submitted by FIT_ARTIST

Cookbook creator says: will be "cleaning" it for my use.
Very dense muffin from Oxygen magazine.
My revisions: upped amount of dates; 1/4 tsp each of ground cinnamon and nutmeg; removed egg; added applesauce; and changed portion size to MINI muffins.
Substitution: you could switch out the dates for raisins. Would also work with pecans or walnuts.Submitted by LABYRINTH
