This Hungarian dish is easy and delicious. The original recipe said it is for "4" but I found that depending on the size of your chicken it really makes enough for "6" or 3 days of meals or leftovers!Submitted by REBECKY44
Cookbook creator says: I prefer to fry 1 Cup uncooked rice in a Tsp of oil . Cook until opaque. Add 2 Cups chicken stock & a dash reduced salt soy (or 1 tsp curry powder & garlic instead). If the broth tastes yummy so will the rice . When it's absorbed add egg, diced veges 4 colour & anything else . Warm & Eat!
