This is a great recipe that can be experimented with. I thought it was good as is. You can Try adding thyme, marjoram, a bayleafor two, ect. This is a wonderful flavored beef vegetable soup with old-fashioned goodness. I use hamburger, minute steak, or round steak. It's easy to dump all ingredients and let it cook.
