I simmer my stew meat in the crock pot half the day, so this is really easy, when the meat is tender I transfer to a pan or wok and cook up the veggies! Super easy, no fuss dinner!Submitted by CD5250283
slice chicken breast to make a pocket.
mix together goat cheese, garlic (minced), and rosemary.
stuff chicken breast with goat cheese mixture. bake at 375 for around 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees in the thickest part of the meat (not the stuffing temp). Let rest for 10 minutes to allow chicken to come up to temperature (165) and retain its moisture.Submitted by TIFFANYASAPUN
