This is a slight modification of the YumUniverse.com recipe http://bit.ly/kTSptF. I've tripled the recipe to make more bars at once, added more blueberries for more sweetness, and added nutritional yeast for B12.
These are like Starbucks' Blueberry Oat bars, but more yummy! Customize with your own fresh and dried fruit (they recommend apricots, blueberries, figs, etc.)

I am so loving Banana's lately that I thought I could make a healthy granola to munch on, put on my yogurt,oatmeal, ice cream oh it can go on everything!!. Please note this is not a sweet granola.
