I fell in love with tzatziki the first time I tried it and was on a quest to find the recipe that included those ingredients that pleased my particular palate best. I found this recipe in a cookbook around 10 yrs ago and love making it, I know make it by heart. You can change the type of Feta cheese, add olive oil to make it stick and also change white rice to brown rice.. Make them into small balls, if you make the balls bigger than the size of a lime it takes longer to cook. Great side dish, or a vegetarian meal. Submitted by CATLOVER7731
