These burgers are spiced to perfection. To make them even spicier, you could melt jalapeno soy cheese on each patty and serve topped with salsa.
Filling soup with lentils, sauteed onions, carrots, celery and garlic with Italian seasoning. Adding chopped spinach and vinegar at the end is the key. A hearty vegetarian entree if you substitue vegetable broth for the chicken broth. Really good the 2nd day!Submitted by IMAJANE
