I wanted to make a healthy homemade spaghetti sauce with lots of veggies!!! This recipe taste great, is LOW CALORIES and LOW SODIUM. It tastes even better the next day!! I use it for everything from pasta, pizzas, and even sauce for my side veggies. Yum!Submitted by PRETTYBRWNGRL
I found this recipe on the main SparkPeople site under "Food Focus: Garlic," but it wasn't on SparkRecipes. That seemed silly, and besides, it's from a government source, so I figured I 'd add it to the database.

I bought a jar of natural pb with flax seed and wanted to try making it myself. I was VERY pleased with the results I am not a pb fan but THIS was very much to MY liking.
Since this is not as thick as commercial pb a little goes a long way.The recipe makes a total of half of a cup... 1 Tbsp covered a rice cake so my serving size suggestion is 1 tbsp.
