I love Jambalaya and took inspiration from those ingredients to create a soup. Double the amount of pepper if you want a spicier version. I also like to add some thawed shrimp at the end. It's not included in the recipe, so make sure and add the calories to your meal if you add the shrimp (4 ounces, medium for 60 extra calories).

I grew up with lots of good Polish food. I wanted to still have real Kielbasa, but knew it's high in fat and calories. So the solution is to dilute the Kielbasa with lots of healthy stuff. Here I surround the Kielbasa with, chicken broth, beans and lots of veggies that I remember my mom cooking with like, cabbage, mushrooms, and celery.Submitted by 2BTHINQUILTER
