This is a low fat low / low salt version of the popular Quiche Lorraine recipe. Regular one has about 55+gms of fat. You can use turkey bacon if you like. This is a tasty dish for a Sunday brunch with low fat cheesy potatoes and a yummy salad or can be eaten as a main entree or a side dish at dinner.
This is a great snack with about 93 calories and only 3.3 grams of fat. I like to make the cream cheese mixture a head of time and keep it separate from the tortillas. When I want one, I spread 2 T of the cream cheese in a tortilla and enjoy.Submitted by AMANDAFS
