Cookbook creator says: I used 6 ounces regular beef kielbasa (Hillshire Farms). I came up with 3 grams more fat per serving and about 15 less calories. Eash serving is approximately 1 1/2 cups.Submitted by TODD717
Cookbook creator says: Just before making this, I found I had no peaches. I used frozen blackberries which I stirred one packet Splenda into. Divided between three sprayed ramekins. I used double the biscuit mix (1/2 c. total). It took a little longer to bake but was delicious-not too sweet. And, made three nice servings.Submitted by HOOTOWLRN
