I try to use organic ingredients as much as I can. I buy local whenever I can get them. I will buy my meats from local farmers who feed their animals a natural diet. The taste in the food is considerably better and noticeable when natural ingredients are used.

Moist, yummy banana muffins with whole wheat flour. You can taste the whole wheat flavor, so if you don't like it, just use all white flour, or substitute only 1/2 cup whole wheat & 1 cup white flour. If you like a really sweet muffin, add more sugar. We are trying to use less white flour in our house & more whole wheat. My husband was skeptical, but loved the muffins!Submitted by FLAB-BE-GONE!

Last night my mom had mercy on me and cooked hamburgers and hot dogs for everyone because I had a pounding headache. It's a rare, rainy and cold day here in Arizona. Perfect for a bowl of rich beef stew. Served with a bit of crusty bread it's a comforting and warm meal.
