Cookbook creator says: Used 5 eggs (no egg beaters) and added garlic. Didn't have any baking soda, used whole wheat flour. Seemed to have too much milk with these mods; had to drain some "juice" from the otherwise cooked quiche after 25 min. then cooked for another 5 min. Worked out well!Submitted by JENNLOVE
