Use ice cold water. Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until frothy.

A delicious waffle made with a grain called spelt. Spelt is available at health food stores and major grocery chains in the health sections. Some people who are sensitive to wheat (like me) can have spelt, but if you are gluten intolerant you will not be able to have spelt as it does have gluten. Submitted by SMILELYJAE
I've done this receipe with cottage cheese, but I didn't have any on hand today so I made it with greek yogurt instead and they turned out awesome! The kids loved these pancakes and they had no idea that they were healthy!Submitted by MERMIESMOM
This is a wonderful granola. My husband eats it with Vanilla Silk for breakfast. We also put it in yogurt or just eat it straight out of the container. Only make it when you have a lot of time to be in the kitchen to stir the granola. It is well worth it.Submitted by SOCALNASCARGAL
