Cookbook creator says: I made this tonight and love it but I changed it just a little . I used broccoli instead of the snap beans. I also added some minced garlic and Italian seasoning and 1/2 cup low fat low sodium chicken broth . I used whole grain spaghetti ,not rice.Too much for one meal for sure.
