Serve these hot right away with margarine and jelly. I prefer these with orange marmalade. In addition to breakfast, scones are excellent with tea, or coffee for a snack.
These are my version of morning glory muffins, I think everybody makes them a little different. I find that this muffin along with a fruit & yogurt smoothie is a perfect start to the day, and surprisenly enough these little muffins are very very filling!
