Cookbook creator says: I followed most of it but added semi sweet morsels. Cooked it 20 minutes, came out dry. So I crumbled it added some sunflower seeds, more coconut and honey and baked it for 15 minutes more. Now I have granola not bars. Tastes good. Maybe to snack on or in a bowl with Almond milk. This is a thick hearty BOLD tasting stew. The ginger gives it a kick and the coconut milk adds a delicious texture and rich flavor. I was apprehensive at first as I wasn't too sure how this stew would turn out but it ended up being AMAZING, everybody loved it and had multiple servings, the pot was empty in no time !!! I promise this stew will not disappoint!
(use homemade chicken broth and you can cut the sodium in half in this recipe)

As vegetarians, we are always trying to be creative with fun ingredients and different alternatives to the standard boring fare. We make a LOT of different veggie and bean burgers, mostly because I use it as an excuse to feed my ketchup addiction. :) But this burger takes the cake. The best part is that you can interchange ingredients as you please – substitute any type of bean or seed, and you’ll still get the same result – just a slightly different flavor!
