Do not put on lettuce until ready to serve. As kids this mixture was used numerous times over top of fresh garden potatoes that were just boiled as well. Makes a very yummy meal and a great way to get the kids to eat their salads if they are picky eaters.Submitted by TAMARASART

Yeilds 3.5 cups of pickles. 7 servings 1/2 cup each.

This lively low-saturated fat pasta dish contains lots of tomatoes and herbs and very little oil.
