This is an easy and Yummy smoothie. It can either be for a breakfast with some toast and light butter, or a mid afternoon snack, when your sweet tooth is calling for something...well sweet.

Cool and refreshing - only 26 calories - no fat slushy/smoothie. This is loaded full of fruit & veggie, using cucumber, pineapple, and lemon. A cool twist of the normal yogurt drink.
