DELICIOUS, easy, and now only 214 calories per serving!! This is my modification of a Chicken Tikka Masala recipe on this site. It sounded great, but I wanted to use less oil, didn't want to buy garam masala (when I had the ingredients for it on hand already), added a missing ingredient into the calorie count, and reduced the serving size. crockpot takes 5 hours on high. Can cook on low just add flour and pasta last hour of cooking. Last hour must be on high though.
