Cookbook creator says: Substituted splenda brown sugar and granulated splenda, as well as 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and a 1/2 cup white flour - this cookie is great! With these substitutions calories came down to 60 and carbs to 8!

Found this recipe from NutritionMD but added the vanilla and cinnamon and used Old Fashion Rolled Oats instead of Quick oats.

I altered my favorite chocolate muffins to be practically fat free and low calorie. Moist and chocolatey! Only 109 cals and 2.5 g of fat for a large muffin, or per slice (12 a loaf)Submitted by CASEYNJASON
