This dish is baked and flavored with a Mediterranean-style tomato, onion, and garlic sauce to make it lower in fat and salt.
This is super easy to make and it's delicious. I originally found a salmon recipe made this way and it is also really awesome and good for you too. The lemon zest gives the fish a really nice lemony flavor. The brown sugar gives it a light sweet but still tart flavor. Try it, you'll like it.Submitted by PAT_PALINKAS

crockpot takes 5 hours on high. Can cook on low just add flour and pasta last hour of cooking. Last hour must be on high though.
