This quick and healthy side dish takes just minutes to prepare! And as a bonus, it's an easy way to get the kids to eat their vegetables. (And if you don't like using butter spray, you could melt a few pats of butter and brush the butter on with a pastry brush - whatever your preference!)Submitted by MATCM81
This is a recipe for a spread that goes great on most fish, especially tilapia. The portion is very large so if you wanted to cook more fish and save on calories, you would feasibly spread it thinner on the fish.Submitted by CRIS76
This is super easy to make and it's delicious. I originally found a salmon recipe made this way and it is also really awesome and good for you too. The lemon zest gives the fish a really nice lemony flavor. The brown sugar gives it a light sweet but still tart flavor. Try it, you'll like it.Submitted by PAT_PALINKAS
These are made in a muffin pan and are a quick grab in the morning. I have two versions. This one has less cheese than the original so the spinach really takes the lead. It is low in calorie, quick to make, and yummy.Submitted by RACHAAL

I chose to re-make the Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell because Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Also, it is still my boyfriend's favorite fast food chain and nearly every time he goes there, he will order a crunchwrap supreme.
The funny thing is that most Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes are fairly simple to make... so I knew that it would be fun, delicious, and not too challenging to re-make this item!Submitted by KALORIE-KILLAH
These moist pancakes are lightly spiced for the palate of my young child. If you like a bit more pizzazz, you can increase the spices or add others. Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice both work nicely here.Submitted by AASLP___
