I just looooove the flavor of the Oriental flavor ramen, but don't want the MSG or high salt. Here is a copycat that tastes just like it, without the sodium. I use it in everything now, and add salt to taste.Submitted by MZMARGO

Delicious sauce for anything from chicken to salmon to rice or just as a dip for brad or veggies-
It disappears faster than you can serve it.
Use 1 large seedless cucumber with the peel if you can or 1 1/2 regular cucumbers peeled if you don't have seedless. Salt and pepper are always to taste, and the olive oil is optional but gives the sauce a bit of richness that is pretty good.

This super-delicious chickpea spread is perfect as a dip for veggies; spread on whole wheat/whole grain toast or bagel and with thin cucumber slices; spread a thin layer on a wrap, add a light sprinkling of feta cheese, then add romaine, thin cucumber strips and three coarsely chopped kalamata olives - roll and enjoy!Submitted by LONESTARGIRL1
