a yummy low fat cupcake...using only 2 ingredients!
EDIT: this recipe can DEFINITELY be made into a cake as well I always use this method for all my cakes now :) nobody can tell the difference & everybody comments on how moist the cake is!Submitted by NORTIZ77
This quick and healthy side dish takes just minutes to prepare! And as a bonus, it's an easy way to get the kids to eat their vegetables. (And if you don't like using butter spray, you could melt a few pats of butter and brush the butter on with a pastry brush - whatever your preference!)Submitted by MATCM81
This is a recipe that has been handed down thur our family. I have adapted only by substituting ground turkey for the ground beef. To reduce more calories and fat your could eliminate the shredded parmesan cheese, however, I have come to love this recipe as is and I'm not ready to deduct any ingredients at this point. I have also added the sauce recipe I use it is under the name "Red Italian Sauce"Submitted by SPARKINGCASSIE
This is the sauce I use over my meatballs. (recipe name on SP is Irene's Meatball's). This can be used on anything obviously. Other recommended uses over pasta or whole wheat hoagie roll for a meatball sandwich.Submitted by SPARKINGCASSIE
This recipe came from the chicken enchilada recipe I submitted earlier. I didn't need to make that many chicken enchiladas, so I made this up to make a slightly different meal. I used the remaining sauce from the chicken enchilada recipe, then added the remaining chicken and added the chicken broth. Submitted by SKEYDOO
Crockpot Lasagna (Hubby's favorite he doesn't even like the oven style one anymore) Obviously to reduce calories and fat you could use ground chicken or turkey and cottage chees instead of low fat ricotta cheese.Submitted by SPARKINGCASSIE

I'm in love with this recipe. I have to have them made up weekly for my go to snack at least once a day.
I'm only adding it so I can have access to it in SP cookbook.Submitted by SPARKINGCASSIE
