Tostada means toasted in Spanish, and in this simple recipe, Chef Meg makes a crunchy, crispy, chewy, cheesy tostada using leftovers from her Slow Cooker Provencal Chicken and Beans dish. Submitted by CHEF_MEG
When I was eight years old, my parents got American Girl dolls for me. Along with the doll, I also got the Felicity cookbook and this recipe soon became one of my favorites. For those of you with a gluten allergy, you can substitute the regular flour with rice flour.

A yummy breakfast treat that seems way more decadent than it really is! I like the consistency of Italian bread, but you can substitute any bread to increase fiber or decrease calories.Submitted by KARVY09
Bread stuffed with a warm chocolatey/cheesy filling. Adapted from Hungry Girl 1-2-3 Recipe Book. The only change I made was swapping out a little cream cheese in place of some of the ricotta.Submitted by KDLEVEQUE
I have finally perfected my banana muffins! These are delicious and moist with just a hint of chocolate flavor. The instant espresso powder in this may seem like a strange addition, but it is there to heighten the chocolate flavor and doesn't impart any coffee taste. The strawberries give little bursts of sweetness and leaving some chunks in the bananas brings out the banana flavor. Make sure to use previously frozen bananas OR very ripe ones-- you will have to put a LOT more sugar in to counteract a green or yellow banana in this recipe, which only calls for a quarter cup.Submitted by VALLOUGH
Took a sweet & sour recipe we enjoyed and tried to make it a little quicker to fix and better for you by taking out the frying! It makes plenty of delicious sauce, and you can add more vegetables to it depending on your family's preference!Submitted by SANDRA_92083
