Random thing I made for a heavy dose of protein. Just grabbed some chicken breasts, 2 eggs, and a medium russet potato then tossed them in a skillet. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Prep and cook time is just estimated.Submitted by DRAGONEAGLE
I got this from the Fix It and Forget It Lightly cookbook. It calls for any diet soda. I actually used Diet Dr. Pepper. I used Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce. Finally, I'm not an onion person, so I skipped them--and used minced onion instead. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious! The only hard part is eating JUST ONE SERVING!Submitted by PEACHJAM6288
I am not one who measures my ingredients a lot - I am more of the cook who chops and dumps into the pot!!!! So I apologize in advance if I am a little off with the amounts/measurements!!!
I buy a lot of my produce fresh from a local stand - so for the green beans, I buy them in the green cardboard box like container. I am guessing there is about 4 cups in there?!?!
