Put can of Coconut Milk in fridge for at least one day to allow the solid to settle on top.
Open can and scoop out the solid part into a bowl, add 10 drops of chocolate stevia drops (to taste), unsweetened Cocoa Powder, and Vanilla Extract. Using an electric mixer, mix until peaks form. Serve.
