For all the Kings of the Kitchen (and their ladies!) who take their turns and want to do something healthy and still have it come out DELICIOUS. I lean toward French cooking - but also Russian, some German and other Eastern European, and there is a side of me that tries to stay close to Kosher.

I used the receipe from Crock-pot's company website (http://www.crock-pot.com/Recipe.aspx?rid=1186). Below are the ingredients that I used. They differ slighly from the original recipe since I adjusted to what I had on hand.
