Low sodium, crock pot
You might want to increase the Worcester sauce to 2 tsp, and I have also added mushrooms to this at times. It goes well with brown rice.

This recipe was adapted from one I found on the internet. I add mushrooms (sliced whole mushrooms) to my sauce for added flavor. Some folks may way to add red pepper flakes to spice this up a bit.Submitted by ALDARA6166

This is a great alternative to other bean salads, without the high salt content, and has the added zesty flavor from the lemon pepper.

These are chock full of flavor (not to mention protein, fiber, and potassium), so you won't miss the salt. Also, they're huge! Can be made into 6 burgers instead of 4 for smaller servings. They're delicious topped with lettuce and ripe avocado slices that are tossed in a bit of lime juice (but that's not included in the calorie count -- neither are buns/pita/bread).
